I have been in the recruitment industry for the past 15 years both here in the UK and joined Sinclair Consulting Group in September 2008 as the National Business Manager. In May 2010 I was promoted into the role of Assocaite Director - Client Management
I have worked within both the public and private sectors across many industries at both a state and national level and have been heavily involved in the delivery of volume project recruitment and greenfield sites both in metropolitan areas and remotely. I have recruited across many industries however spent the best part of my career specialising in call centre recruitment and prior to recruitment I was a Call Centre Manager. I have held the position of Vice Chair of the NSW chapter of the ATA in 2009 and 2010 and will continue to hold this role in 2011.
As Associate Director of Client Management I am responsible for ensuring that we deliver a consistent and quality approach to recruitment on a national basis. I am also responsible for new business development and the management of our WA and SA branches.
