Rosa has been very professional whilst working with me and has really stood out from other agencies' recruiters.
What ever she promised me she has delivered, unlike the other recruitment agencies who never called me back and didn't give me any feedback.
Rosa from the beginning called me and asked me what I wanted and what I was looking for, she stated that she had a great role for me.
Due to my current employment, it was very hard for me to Sinclair Consultings's office, however she went out of her way and her working hours and met up with me on my dinner break at 6.30pm at Chadstone shopping centre.
I have never ever come across a recruitment consultant so passionate and committed to her word like Rosa.
Rosa not only prepared me for the role but I was able to call her after hours and before hours as well so we could role play all the questions they may ask me in the interview.
I was very nervous after my first interview and Rosa not only encouraged me, she was my mentor. her encouragement pulled me through and I got that second interview.
My second interview was on a Friday and Rosa told me she would have an answer for me by Monday. Over the weekend Rosa still kept in contact with me.
Although she didn't hear back from the company on Monday, Rosa still kept in touch and called me first thing on Tuesday morning with the good news and I got the job.
I thank her very much for her honesty, patience, enthusiasm, professionalism and hard work. A very loyal and hard working employee who needs to be praised and recognised for all her hard work. I will definately recommend Rosa Lamattina to friends and family who are seeking work and also recommend Sinclair Consulting for their professional service.
