I met with Carol Heather in June this year to discuss potential roles upon my return to Sydney. I have never in my time in dealing with consultants come across a person so committed to assisting me with finding work than Carol. It is absolutely outside my experience of recruiters.

Usually I deal with people who simply do not read between the lines about capabilities that candidates possess and do nothing more than tick a few boxes in deciding the likely candidacy of people who come to them for assistance in finding work. I just wanted to take a moment to write to you regarding the excellent service I received from Michaela Whale from Sinclair Consulting.

Over the past couple of weeks I have been registered at a number of recruitment agencies in Perth in the search for my dream job. After expressing interest in XXX I received a call from Michaela within 24 hours. She expressed genuine support of XXX in not only the product, but its culture. Rosa has been very professional whilst working with me and has really stood out from other agencies' recruiters.

What ever she promised me she has delivered, unlike the other recruitment agencies who never called me back and didn't give me any feedback.

Due to my current employment, it was very hard for me to Sinclair Consultings's office, however she went out of her way and her working hours and met up with me on my dinner break at 6.30pm at Chadstone shopping centre.

I was very nervous after my first interview and Rosa not only encouraged me, she was my mentor. her encouragement pulled me through and I got that second interview.

My second interview was on a Friday and Rosa told me she would have an answer for me by Monday. Over the weekend Rosa still kept in contact with me.

Although she didn't hear back from the company on Monday, Rosa still kept in touch and called me first thing on Tuesday morning with the good news and I got the job.

I thank her very much for her honesty, patience, enthusiasm, professionalism and hard work. A very loyal and hard working employee who needs to be praised and recognised for all her hard work. I am writing to you in regards to exceptional service l have received by one of your consultants Janine Gaffney. This would be the first time l have ever required assistance from a consulting agency. I must admit, l was apprehensive about seeking employment through an agency as there appears to be a some negative belief that some consultants do not follow through with appropriate measures in a time effective manner. Hence, lessening ones chances of finding suitable employment. I did not have this experience with Sinclair Consulting.

What l was seeking from my job was fairly specific as l requested to work within customer service but for a power tool company. Not only was Janine able to locate me the perfect job with XXXXXXX but she has set me up with a company offering incredible opportunities for career progression. The most notable factor in acquiring this position was not only due to my experience but also Janine’s second-to-none follow through at all times. Unfortunately my reference was on annual leave when required, but this did not deter Miss Gaffney. She resourced various ways of contacting him and left him dozens of messages on different numbers for well over a week!

In all this Janine continued to keep both my morale and hopes high, she diligently advised me everyday of our progress. I cannot re-iterate enough my appreciation for Janine’s professionalism, friendly nature, highest work ethics, organisational skills and proactive attitude towards both me and Sinclair Consulting. She truly is a fantastic asset to Sinclair Consulting and l would highly recommend for any friend or relative to seek her consult if ever required.
