Candidate Reward Program

By securing a new permanent role through us, candidates are automatically enrolled in our candidate reward scheme. This scheme allows you to accumulate points that you can use to redeem any number of gifts.

You can accumulate points for the first 18 months of your employment. 5000 points are awarded after 3 months of service, with a further 5000 at 6, 12 and 18 months.

Furthermore, if you know of someone who is looking for a new career opportunity, just refer them to us and if we're successful in helping them gain employment, you will be rewarded with a further 5000 points.

Over the next few months after placement, our Candidate Care team will be in touch with you to ensure a smooth transition into your new role and to keep you up to date with our rewards.
