The Manager...

You will need to be a Manager that drives results through their people. You'll have to be accustom to developing leaders from the ground up from within your team and be able to inspire, motivate and support each individual to achieve their goals.

You will need to have experience managing large teams of at least 10 to 20 and all the performance management techniques that go along with it, such as appraisals and coaching logs. Getting the best out of your people and identifying talent should be your strength. Large format or big box experience is not essential but will be highly regarded.
