My Client, a very well established boutique Agency with a very stable Property Management Team are on the hunt for a Real Estate STAR. With corporate City Fringe Offices and a Management Team that would make you green with envy they now have a rare opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to join their AMAZING team.

You will join a strong team of Professionals and be responsible for a portfolio of 110 properties South of the River with the help of an Assistant Property Manager. You will NOT be responsible for any Trust Accounting or Business Development. Ideally you will live South of the River and be happy to travel to the office (with flexible start/finish times to avoid traffic).

This role requires an EXPERIENCED PROPERTY MANAGER with:

  • A current Property Management Registration

  • A current Drivers License and Reliable Car (fuel allowance will be provided)

  • Corporate Presentation

  • Articulate Communication and Rapport building skills

  • Competent Using REST
