My Client is one of Perth's leading agencies in the Western Suburbs and due to expansion are currently searching for an Experienced Property Manager to join their successful team.
This role will see you working with a strong group of professionals managing a portfolio of 120 properties using REST. You will have the assistance of a close knit team and all the needed resources to ensure you are able to do your job.
To be considered for this fantastic opportunity you must have:
Current REBA Certificate of Registration
At least 2 years experience managing a Residential Portfolio
Immaculate presentation
Excellent communication skills & ability to build rapport with both owners & tenants
Strong negotiation skills
IT Savvy and competent using REST
