My client is the a global freight forwarder who is privately owned. With over 130 offices in the world the freight forwarder is involved in both sea freight and air freight.
Our client requires a technically competent operator with hands on experience in Export sea freight FCL. This role will require you to ensure that the department runs smoothly and efficiently. Liaising with overseas agents, and handling all relevant documentation comes with the job. The ability to meet deadlines, excellent written and verbal communication skills and superior organisational skills will see you succeed in this role. You will also be required to visits clients and deliver professional and accurate direction and service.
To be considered for this role you will need to come from a Export Sea freight background, along with working experience of EDI is essential. You will have the ability to nature and grow new business relationships and describe yourself as a bit of a customer service super star.
