My Client is a leader in the finance industry. They offer their customer's with innovated finance solutions. They're seeking a TALENT of a Back-End Collections Officers to join their focused & dynamic team.

Reporting to a Collections Team Leader, you will manage your own ledger of delinquent accounts from 120-180+ days in arrears. This is a non dialer environment!

Other duties will include:

• Managing & maintaining a queue of Personal Loan Accounts
• Actioning back-end arrears accounts in a Collections capacity
• Negotiating payment arrangements
• Monitoring accounts and commencing Legal action where appropriate
• Liaising with other departments & Collection areas
• Account management is paramount and managing your own portfolio successfully whilst reducing DSO

To be successful you must have:

• Minimum of 3 years consumer lending collections experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Target & results driven
• Strong negotiations skills
• Sound legal knowledge is paramount to this role
• Technically minded
