Our client is a leading national mercantile agency based in the CBD. Reporting to the Collections Team Leader, you will be in charge of collecting on Credit Cards and Personal Loans ranging from 120 days arrears upwards. You will be rewarded well with uncapped $$ bonuses for hitting and exceeding your monthly targets and KPIs!

Duties =

  • Outbound and Inbound Collections on consumer accounts via a dialer at times
  • Negotiating and monitoring payment arrangements
  • Skip tracing

Experience =

  • 1-2 years call centre collections experience
  • Ability to work to targets and KPIs
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Team Player

Please note that this role does require you to work some shift hours from 8am - 8pm monday to fridays.
