Due to expansion at a lightening speed my client is seeking the assistance of a experienced and energetic bookkeeper .

The Company

Having formed in 2009 my client provides concrete works, formwork and shuttering on large mining project to the Pilbara Region and have grown significantly in their work force in recent times.

The Role

Reporting to the Accountant this this role will see you looking after but not limited to the following -

• Accounts Payables & Receivables including reconciliations
• Payroll of approx 50 and rapidly increasing
• Bank Reconciliations
• Accounts payable and receivable function
• BAS & PAYG returns
• Process general ledger transactions
• Cash flow management/analysis
• Production of end of month reports
• Ad hoc finance & administrative duties as requested

The successful candidate will possess either a degree or diploma of accounting in addition to a minimum of 5 years bookkeeping experience. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel are paramount and a solid working knowledge of MYOB is essential. Although you will work as part of an administration team this is a standalone position therefore we are seeking a proactive individual with confidence in their skills and abilities that is able to communicate effectively and establish rapport with internal and external contacts alike.
