My Client is seeking a passionate, enthusiastic Assistant Property Manager to join their dynamic group of professionals. You will be responsible for assisting a busy team of Property Managers with the day to day management of the Residential Portfolio's.

Your role will include but not be limited to:

  • Conduct PCR's and inspections

  • Assist with typing and general office administration

  • Assist with maintenance and work orders

  • Assist with lease renewals and rental documentation

  • Liaise with owners and tenants when required

  • Adhoc duties as required

The Ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Current Certificate of Registration

  • Proven Experience working in a Real Estate Office - At least 6-12 months

  • Current drivers license and reliable vehicle

  • Neat/Corporate presentation

  • Articulate Communication Skills

  • Strong IT skills (intermediate to advanced)

  • Above all a positive outlook and a sense of humour!
