Due to business growth a vacancy now exists for an experienced Intermediate through to Senior Accountant to join the busy and growing Tax & Business Services division of the firm.
This is not your conventional role therefore we are not looking for an average person. In this exciting and varied role you will work alongside committed and inspiring Managers, Directors and Partners and be valued for the vision and input you can bring to your role.
The ideal candidate will be/have:
- Intermediate to Senior level experience in a similar role
- Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Hold or be working towards a CA or CPA qualification
- Have demonstrated knowledge and experience working with the Australian Tax system
It is imperative that you have significant experience dealing in a business services or tax and compliance role, ideally in a Chartered Accounting firm, with the demonstrated skills and experience outlined above. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and you will able to commence within the next two to four weeks.
Other 'must haves' include:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and MYOB
- Attention to detail and highly organized
- Self motivated and the desire to succeed
- Experience with MYOB AE (highly desired)
