I am writing to you in regards to exceptional service l have received by one of your consultants Janine Gaffney. This would be the first time l have ever required assistance from a consulting agency. I must admit, l was apprehensive about seeking employment through an agency as there appears to be a some negative belief that some consultants do not follow through with appropriate measures in a time effective manner. Hence, lessening ones chances of finding suitable employment. I did not have this experience with Sinclair Consulting.
What l was seeking from my job was fairly specific as l requested to work within customer service but for a power tool company. Not only was Janine able to locate me the perfect job with XXXXXXX but she has set me up with a company offering incredible opportunities for career progression. The most notable factor in acquiring this position was not only due to my experience but also Janine’s second-to-none follow through at all times. Unfortunately my reference was on annual leave when required, but this did not deter Miss Gaffney. She resourced various ways of contacting him and left him dozens of messages on different numbers for well over a week!
In all this Janine continued to keep both my morale and hopes high, she diligently advised me everyday of our progress. I cannot re-iterate enough my appreciation for Janine’s professionalism, friendly nature, highest work ethics, organisational skills and proactive attitude towards both me and Sinclair Consulting. She truly is a fantastic asset to Sinclair Consulting and l would highly recommend for any friend or relative to seek her consult if ever required.
