I began my career working for a leading global finance company as an outbound Customer Collections Agent, working up to becoming a Charge-Off Prevention Collections Specialist. Eventually going on to work for a mobile telecommunications company in the Credit Assessment and Fraud division also allowed me to gain a great expertise and insight into the nature of both the Collections and Credit environments.
