I joined Sinclair Consulting in October 2011 after working in the automotive industry for 6 years as a New Business Development and Account Manager.

After completing a Bachelor of Business at Swinburne University of Technology in 2008, I further enhanced my career within the automotive industry, taking on a variety of different roles from costing and budgeting right through to Total Quality Management (TQM).

Having made the transition into recruitment at Sinclair Consulting, my areas of expertise are specifically within sales & marketing, manufacturing and transport / logistics, focusing on a wide range of roles such as: Account / Relationship Management, New Business Development, Brand & Product Management, Buyers / Purchasing Managers, Procurement Officers, Factory / Production and Quality Managers.

Your advice and tips on how to handle the interview was very helpful, particularly the aspect of Behavioural questions and using the STAR method.
